{Hammer & Chisel ~ Day 2/60}

Nutrition is just as important...no...more important...than the workouts. You can't out-train a bad diet. You just can't. I tried for  years and it doesn't work. I'm eating more food now than before, so I'm rarely hungry and the food I'm eating is healthy and filling. I mean, look at that plate up there!! Doesn't that look absolutely divine??
